The Paradip police conducted an anti-Romeo drive on the Ganesh Puja day to ensure that girls and women are not harassed and eve-teases are brught to book.
The police continued warning the Romeos to desist from their nuisance and grilled some. During the 3 hour-raid, the police picked up boys hovering around schools, colleges and pan shops. The police had got information about the whereabouts of the boys who are regularly involved in the cases of eve-teasing.
Very often some boys stand outside the schools and colleges and pass offensive and abusive comments against the girls.
