This apart, a special committee has been formed to design a blueprint for online programmes, he said, adding that all the decisions have been taken in adherence to the State Government’s Covid-19 guidelines.
It was also decided that the Minister would hold a review meeting with the VCs of all universities via videoconference in every 15 days.
