The Bhubaneswar Civil Judge (Senior Division) SK Behari has dismissed the petitions praying for an injunction against implementation of school fee revision effected by the DAV Public School, Chandrasekharpur and the DAV Public School, Unit-8 for the academic session 2018-19.
The court delivered the judgement after hearing both the parties. Earlier, parents of students of both the DAV Public Schools had expressed resentment over the hike in school fees from the coming academic session.
They alleged that the school authorities did not consult them on the fee hike. Some of them also had held demonstrations before the schools demanding a quick solution to the issue.
