Union Defence Minister Manohar Parrikar is scheduled to visit Cuttack on Sunday to attend the BJP’s Vikash Utsav.
He would address a gathering of intellectuals at the Sarala Bhawan at around 6 pm. He would also hold a Press conference. The police administration has made elaborate security arrangements at the venue and also for Parrikar in the wake of the attack on Union Minister Santosh Gangwar during his visit to Bargarh to attend Vikash Utsav on Friday.
