The Model PS would come up with 28 different parameters like building structure, beautification of PS campus, CCTV surveillance and Mahila Sishu desk.

The SPs were also instructed to choose one PS name of their district for converting it to Model one. Accordingly, the SPs gave lists.

The SPs also spoke out the short-falls that need to be supplemented for converting it to Model PS.

Dr Sharma emphasised upon four aspects, infrastructure, manpower, financial support and behavioural aspect of staffs. He also called upon the SPs make the Model PSs ready by August 15, 2018, so that they can be dedicated to public service quickly.

While many SPs expressed about the shortage of manpower and vehicles in their district to cater the need of their respective Model PS, Dr Sharma assured them of required support.
