Motivational book Can is the Word of Power of Barendra Kumar’s Odia translation was released here. Writer Gourahari Das released the book and the audio Saphalata Ra Avivakti.
Chief speaker was Raghunath Panda. Among others, writer Manoj Jena and Mayurbhanj district Collector Rajesh Pavakar Patil graced as distinguished guests.
Speakers and delegates highlighted the need of such books and especially stressed on the need of translation into Odia language to reach out to the grassroots.
The English book “Can is the Word Power” is in the best sellers list having sold more than 100,000 copies throughout India and outside. The need for Odia translation was acutely felt by many people and especially, the young people in schools and colleges.
