Police are still clueless about the Rs6.29-lakh loot that took place in Nilgiri in Baleswar district on Thursday evening. According to information, two motorcycle-borne miscreants snatched away the amount from Satyandra Behera, a contractor and native of Taharpur under Bahanaga block, at Nilgiri. The incident occurred when Satyndra along with his son Himansu was coming out of the SBI Branch after withdrawing the money. The miscreants managed to speed away before they could react. Satyandra soon lodged an FIR with the Nilgiri police. “Search for the miscreants has been intensified. They will be brought to book soon,” said Nilgiri SDPO SR Mahapatra.
