The new District Headquarters Hospital (DHH) constructed at Dhakhina Kali area only a month before here, now seems to be running on the whims of a section of people without any control of the administration over it.
Consequently, this has sparked resentment of the locals. Some goons of Colony Sahi are misusing the hospital toilets and bath rooms and forcibly consuming the subsidised Rs 5 meals under Aahar scheme meant for the attendants of patients and other poor people, etc. They are also discoloring the stair case and lifts by spitting.
Surprisingly, the CDMO, who was unable to manage the old hospital properly, here too cuts a sorry figure. The police outpost was available at the old hospital, but the same has not been shifted to the new building as yet. So finding it as an advantage, the miscreants are ruling the roost here.
