The new collection of books suggested by members in Swami Vivekananda Library will be released on Monday. This type of collection is released once a month.
This collection has recently included the books of author Deepak Chopra and writer Ken Follett. And the book Winner 2020 International Booker Prize, "The Discourt of Evening" has been included in the collection.
Like the previous collection, this time also the collection of books suggested by the members will be displayed. In this collection, a collection of total 20 books will be put on display on Monday morning at 11 am.
Swami Vivekananda Library Manager Yatish Bhatele said that most of the titles in the books suggested by the members have been included in the books which have been released in the last 1 month. Collections who are members of the library can write suggestions of their favourite book in the name of register books or can also give suggestions on email.
He also informed that if the book is not found at the book supplier, then the library also buys it online. Books like The Discomfort of Evening Author Maryke Lucas Rijneveld, Full spectrum author Arjun Subramaniam, Total Meditation Author Deepak Chopra, India China Challenge Author Anant Krishnan, The Test of My Life Author Yuvraj Singh, The Evening and the Morning Author Ken Follett, Stephen Hawking a memoir of friendship and physics author Leonard Mlodinov and more.
Yatish Bhatele told that Swami Vivekananda Library has started a new facility for the members. If a book is not in the library's collection, then a library member can suggest that book. The library will try to include the suggestion book by the library members.
That is when members of the book are included in the library's collection. So the member of the book suggested by the member is given to the members by phone or email. A new collection of books suggested by the members in the Swami Vivekananda Library and a collection of new books in the Swami Vivekananda Library is put up every Monday.
The library has new books / DVD releases every Monday and English books are included in this collection.
