The Nehru Seva Sangh held its annual general body meeting here on Tuesday with its vice-president Manoj Kumar Agarwal presiding over the meeting. On the occasion, Sangh Secretary Sarojini Dash revealed the annual report and said that NSS has initiated various programmes for children, disabled and women and Adoption programme at Bhawanpatna. later, treasurer Omprakash Agarwal presented a budget of `2.52 and the statement accounts of last year.
Besides, new office-bearers of the body were elected at the meeting. The new members are Pyare Mohan Tripathy (President), Rankanath Hota (Vice-President), Sarojini Dash (Secretary), Omprakash Agrawal (Treasurer), among others. later, the Sangh members paid condolence on the sad demise of its former vice-president Dr Dibyasingh Mishra and member Raghunath Biswal.
