The National Aluminium Company (Nalco) has partnered with the Confederation of Indian Industries (CII), Odisha to organise outreach programmes for industries and other stakeholders on implementation of the proposed GST from July 1, 2017.
The PSU has planned a series of interaction programmes which would be flagged off before the appropriate authorities for clarifications. It has also opened a facilitation cell at its headquarters headed by the General Manager (Finance) with Telephone No. 2301085 to guide the stakeholders. Similar arrangements have also been made at its smelter and power complexes at Angul and mines and refinery complex at Damanjodi in Koraput district. The company has appealed to all customers and suppliers to comply with the GST regulations including registration.
