Nabarangpur BJD MP and former Minister Ramesh Chandra Majhi has tested for positive deadly Covid-19. His health condition is reportedly stable and he is under home quarantine.
Earlier, Bhadrak BJD MP Manjulata Mandal had tested positive for the virus.
Besides, Jagatsinghpur BJD MLA Prasanta Muduli and Basudevpur BJD MLA Bishnubrata Routray have also tested positive and are under home isolation. Their conditions are stable.
Quite a large number of MLAs were previously infected with the virus.
