A discussion was held with the district Collector by Bargarh MP Suresh Pujari and Brajrajnagar MLA Kishore Mohanty on corona pandemic, besides various development projects undertaken in the district.
After two Corona patients were cured in the district, withdrawal of containment zone, arrangement of living pattern of people as earlier and provision of jobs, drinking water supply, development of education, health and transport on utilisation of DMF funds, Debdarah Bridge of Samarbaga Gram Panchayat, Rajpur bridge, Belpahar bridge and road from Bandhbahal to Tilia etc. were discussed in details and the district administration was advised to take immediate steps for these issues.
Particularly, after lockdown, thousands of workers, shopkeepers and farmers have been greatly affected in the industrially rich Jharsuguda district. It was also discussed to restore normalcy in the district by taking care of job opportunities of the people in the least possible time.
