Odisha became the third State in Eastern region after Chhattisgarh and Bihar to sign an MoU with the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) and the lee Kuan Yew School for Public Policy (lKYSPP) of Singapore on building a master plan on Ease of Doing Business in Odisha: Vision 2020
The MoU was signed during the launch of the Industrial Policy Resolution-2015 by Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik here on Thursday.
ACI-lKYSPP-NUS Co-Director Professor Tan Kong Yam, Industries Department Principal Secretary Sanjeev Chopra, CII State Council Chairman DS Ravindra Raju and Paradeep Phosphates ltd exchanged the MoU.
The main objective of the agreement is to set a vision and build a roadmap for starting and doing business in Odisha. It is an epoch-making partnership, said the CII State Council Chairman.
