Panic gripped Polasara in Ganjam district on Sunday night as unidentified miscreants hurled bombs at multiple places across the town.As many as two persons, including a staffer of Polasara hospital, sustained injuries in the incident.
Reports said two bike-borne miscreants initially hurled crude bombs at Bazar Sahi Chhak and later repeated the act at Balighai Chhak and Ranipada Chhak.
Anil Mallick (39), the hospital staffer who was present near a liquor shop at Bazar Sahi Chhak, sustained critical injuries on his right eye. He was admitted to the MKCG Medical College Hospital here.
