A workshop on ‘System Approach of Management’ was organised by the Mining, Geological and Metallurgical Institute of India (MGMI), State branch in association with the MCl Jagannath Area at the Talcher Coalfields, recently.
Inaugurating the workshop, MCl Director (Tech/Operation) AK Tiwari said that MCl has remain the top coal producing subsidiaries of the CIl by and has excelled in coal supply to assured quality of (-100) mm size with 100 per cent grade matching.
Jagannath Area General Manager Amalesh Kumar, Basundhara Area General Manager and MGMI, State branch Secretary Anil Kumar Singh also spoke on the occasion.Around 131 executives from Talcher Coalfields, IB Coalfields and MCl Headquarters participated in the workshop. The workshop was fruitful for betterment of the MCl by improving the efficiency and adopting a System Approach of Management.
