The Institution of Engineers, Rourkela Centre organised a seminar on ‘Energy Conservation in Iron and Steel Industres’ here on the occasion of the Energy Conservation Day on Monday.
Speaking on the theme SAIl Deputy Manager (Energy Management Department, RSP) BP Pandey said an industry becomes energy efficient when it uses less energy for same output and reduces CO2 emissions. Deliberating on primary and secondary sources of energy of Iron and Steel Industries, Pandey appealed to all to implement Green Energy Projects.
