The Directorate of Medical Education and Training (DMET) on Tuesday began counselling for admission to the Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) and Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) courses in all the Government and private medical colleges in the State.
Students can register their names online on the DMET website www.dmetodisha.gov.in to take part in the counseling.
It may be noted that the State Government has entrusted the task of conducting the medical counselling to the DMET for the first time this year.
Earlier, the Odisha Joint Entrance Examination (OJEE) Committee was conducting the counselling for MBBS and BDS courses.
