The Vigilance officials on Saturday conducted raids at various places in Mayurbhanj and Keonjhar districts in connection with possession of disproportionate assets by one Manoranjan Singh Deo, a technical consultant of Bangiriposhi block in Mayurbhanj district.
The Vigilance sleuths raided Deo’s residential house at Saharsahi, his office room in Baripada and his paternal house at Putuli in Keonjhar district. During the search, the officials detected movable and immovable assets worth Rs53,76,933 of Deo and his family members. A search is on.
