Nearly 60,000 students will write the High Scholl Certificate (matriculation) Supplementary Examinations-2013, which are beginning from Tuesday. The examinations will continue till June 21.
The Board of Secondary Education (BSE) will hold the examinations at 271 centres across the State, informed BSE President DP Nanda on Monday.
While no schedule has yet been finalised for evaluation of answer-sheets, it is presumed that the process of evaluation will end by the end of this month and the results will be announced in the second week of July. The BSE is hopeful that the successful students of the supplementary examinations will not lose a year and will take admissions in the Plus II streams before the classes in the Junior Colleges begin in August.
