The 2nd Ganjam district-level lok Adalat of 2018 was held at the various courts in the district on Saturday.
Under the supervision of District Judge Malay Ranjan Dash, as many as 987 cases of crime and illegal revenue collection were heard and fine of Rs 2, 99,131 was collected.
Special Vigilance Judge Eshan Kumar Dash, Family Court Judge Sakil Ahmed, PlA Chairman EV Rao, Senior Civil Judge Gyanendra Kumar Barik, First Senior Additional Judge Bidyadhar Prusty, Second Senior Additional Judge Kamala Kanta Nayak and Junior Civil Judge Biswajit Nayak heard the cases.
District legal Service Authority (DlSA) Chairman Gundicha Samantasinghar, Registrar Dilip Kumar Biswal and employees of DlSA coordinated the Adalat.
