The vast experience of senior citizens which they have gathered in different fields is no less than what one can achieved by doing MBA in global universities like Haward or Oxford. They should utilise their talents for the task of Nava Odisha Nirman and to contribute to nation building, said Sambad editor Soumya Ranjan Patnaik during the observance of the Utkal Divas, organised by the Senior Citizen Forum, Joda on Friday.
He also spoke on the faulty education policy which fails to equip the young mass with the required skills to face any adverse situation in life and also criticized the Government for not taking any remedial measures in this regard.
Mohanty said all the problems can be solved if the youths would start learning odia language that is being neglected.
Tata Steel GM Rakesh Ranjan Deo said it is the duty of every Odia to work for the development of Odisha. Forum President Maheswar Poddar presided over the function.
