Patnagarh MlA and former BJP State president Kanak Vardhan Singh Deo was on Thursday made the party’s new legislative wing leader.
This was announced by party national president Amit Shah. Party State president Basanta Panda was so far also continuing as the BJP legislature Party leader.
Singh Deo said he had earlier told the party leadership that he was unwilling for the post and that younger elements should be given chance for it. But since he has been entrusted with the responsibility, he would carry it out, he added.
