The Patkura police have registered a case against one Ranjan Prusty of Brahmapur village in Kendrapada district on a complaint that he spurned his lover’s marriage proposal after keeping physical relationship with her.
According to police, Ranjan had allegedly kept physical relationship with his elder brother’s 24-year-old sister-in-law of Bhuban village in Dhenkanal district after making a promise to marry her. But when the girl asked Ranjan for marriage, the latter spurned the proposal.
