Students of the Kalapathar Dhalapathar Anchalika Higher Secondary School in Banki subdivision under the Baideswar police station area embarked on a stir demanding arrest of the culprits, who have made the kissing scene between a school boy and a girl viral in social media.
The agitating students burned tyres in front of the school and shouted slogans against the school authorities for their silence over the matter. Later, school Principal Maheswar Sahoo lodged an FIR with the Baideswar police to probe the matte and find the culprits who have made the video viral.
Latest reports said the Principal gave a copy of the FIR to the agitating students, following which they withdrew the strike on Wednesday. As the Baideswar PS Officer-in-Charge is on leave, his reaction could not be obtained.
