The KIIT Technology Business Incubator (KIIT-TBI), organised a B-Plan Competition under the aegis of the INVENT, a joint initiative of DFID and TDB-DST, supported by the Villgro.
Viswa Bharati University, Santiniketan head Prof Prasant Kumar Ghosh inaugurated the programme in the presence of KIIT TBI team, industry partners, entrepreneurs and academicians. INVENT head Srinivas G delivered the keynote address.
The programme witnessed final pitch and flash pitch encompassing different entrepreneurs. The winners along with the finalists were awarded cash prize of Rs 25,000 to Rs 1 lakh.
Among others, FICCI Council Odisha chairman Subhrakant Panda and NOCCI Environment and Social Development Panel chairman Subrat Nayak spoke on the occasion. The speakers emphasised on the social enterprises' eco-system and KIIT-TBI's role in fostering the connect.
