A team comprising of ADMO, doctors, Executive Officer and Executive Magistrate paid a surprise visit to nursing homes and other clinical establishments here on Tuesday.
The team sealed the Nandighos Hospital and the Jibanrekha Ultrasound for violating Covid-19 guidelines.
While the Nandighosh Hospital was fined Rs 50,000 and sealed for 15 days, the Jibanrekha locked for seven days. Besides, the Parkland Hospital was found violating bio medical waste management and, thus, fined with Rs 10,000.
