City based women headed NGO SAKAR with support of Action India and Google Pay distributed 65 dignity kits among Munda tribals of Kargil Basti, here, on Wednesday.
The Munda tribal residents are migrants from Sundargh district. The beneficiaries were women domestic workers who are out of work because of Covid-19 pandemic. The support is meant to help them have two square meals a day for a few days.
Action Aid Associate Director Debabrat Patra, M and E manager Suvandu Kumar Roy, SAKAR secretary Swarupa Rani, joint secretary EK Patro and CCWD secretary Sadashiv Swain were present.
