The NTPC Kaniha in association with the Utkalmani Gobabandhu Blind Relief Trust, distributed shawls, dhotis, sarees and towels among 750 visually-challenged persons on February 26 under its CSR initiative.
The NTPC has been supporting this initiative for more than two decades since the inception of the blind society in the year 1984.The clothes were distributed by chief guest of the occasion Kaniha BDO Saphalya Mandita Pradhan and Group General Manager, NTPC Kaniha Debasis Sarkar.
lD Sahoo GM(O and M), PK Mahapatra, GM (Maintenance) , AK Ojha ,GM(HR), NS Rao GM(TS) , Arun Prasad, GM(C and M), Anil Jana ,GM(FM), RK Misra, CMO besides president and secretary of Utkalmani Gobabandhu Blind Relief Trust were present.
