The Election Commission of India has allotted the symbol of hat (Topi) to the Kalinga Sena, a political outfit of the State.Sena chief Hemant Rath informed this at a Press conference held here on Wednesday. The party would use the symbol in the coming lok Sabha and Assembly elections, he said.
