PNS

The Odisha Jan Morcha’s (OJM’s) phase-III Jana Adhikar Yatra began here on Friday. Addressing the party rank-and-file while flagging the Yatra off, OJM president Pyarymohan Mohapatra said that the three main objectives of this movement are to provide each family with income-generating capacity, right to employment to all youths and empower the villages for development.

“If comes to power, OJM will give employment guarantee to the poor and middle class people and will not work for the rich,” he further said. Saying that OJM has pledged to help people to build their happy family, Mahapatra said that the party will ensure a liquor-free self-made State if voted to power. Meanwhile, the Jan Adhikar Yatra has already covered 61 constituencies of the State, and in phase-III, it has targeted to reach people of 43 constituencies and make them aware of their rights. “This Yatra will cover all the 147 constituencies of the State by December 15, 2013,” Mahapatra added.
