The Jagriti Yatra in partnership with the Coca-Cola India announced the launch of ‘Sustainable Enterprise Award 2017’ on Tuesday. The competition invites the youth from upcountry places in India to put forward innovative entrepreneurial ideas related to water, agriculture and recycling.
The award would provide a compelling platform to young rural entrepreneurs to come forward and develop sustainable communities through new enterprise models across India and opportunity for entrepreneurs across 25 districts of India, having enterprises in any one the fields.
The participants can register themselves online through the website http://www.jagritiyatra.org/SEA/ and submit their ideas. The shortlisted candidates would be called for the final round in New Delhi.
Winners would be awarded total cash prize of 3.5lacs (1st- 2 lakh, 2nd-1 lakh, 3rd- 50k) along with mentorship by Jagriti.
Each of 30 districts would get to witness an awareness camp which would organised by JADEs' in the districts with the organisation's help.
