Everything is ready for opening of a Coal Bearing Tribunal at Jharsuguda soon.
After the Jharsuguda Bar Association demanded a tribunal at Jharsuguda, the Coal Ministry is going to take a decision very soon. The MCL management also has given a proposal to set up a temporary tribunal at Jharsuguda for quick decisions on the cases relating to landless persons, compensation to the displaced and similar other cases.
