After busting of IPl betting rackets in Brahmapur and Jharsuguda, police arrested three persons for their alleged involvement in another IPl betting racket in Keonjhar district on Sunday night.
Acting on a tip off, police conducted a raid and arrested the three persons from a hardware shop near the Tarini temple here. The cops also seized Rs 2.4 lakh cash and seven mobile phones from their possession.
The cops arrested them when the final match between Rising Pune Supergiant and Mumbai Indians was being played in Hyderabad. However, two others managed to flee from the spot. A search is on to nab the absconders, police said.
