About 30 duped investors from Baliapal in Baleswar district, who had deposited money with the Raj Godson Services Pvt ltd, a chit fund company, on Wednesday met Crime Branch Special DG BK Sharma here and submitted a memorandum to him demanding immediate arrest of all stakeholders and confiscation of their properties.
On August 23, the investors had caught company chief Jagdish Mishra in Baleswar and handed him over to the police.
“We demand immediate arrest Jagdish Mishra’s father Ajay Mishra and brother Amaresh Mishra who are the members of the company’s Board of Directors,” said one of the investors.
The investors urged Sharma to take necessary steps for confiscation of all movable and immovable assets of Jagdish Mishra and his family and return the money to the depositors.
The company allegedly defrauded around ` 15 crore in Baleswar, Bhadrak and Baripada.
