The International Jagannath Society’s India Chapter was inaugurated by president of India Chapter Prof Harekrushna Satapathy, Vice-Chancellor of Rashtriya Sanskrit Vidyapitham, Tirupati, here on Saturday.
Founder of Shree Jagannath Temple, Albama (USA) Dr Bhagabat Ch Sahu was the chief guest and former Indian Ambassador Dr Pramotesh Mishra and Sanskrit scholar and former bureaucrat of Odisha Dr S Sundararajan were the guests of honour on the occasion. Puspalaxmi Sahu convenor of International Jagannath Society, USA, and national convenor Sabyasachi Rath were also present on the occasion.
