Dr Subhash Mehto, Post-Doctoral Fellow and Kautilya Kumar Jena, PhD Scholar working with the Institute of Life Sciences, Bhubaneswar have been selected to participate in the 70th Lindau Nobel Laureate Meeting to be held from June 28 to July 3 this year in Lindau, Germany.
Both have been selected through a global screening process by a review panel to join the meeting. Excellent young scientists from round the globe representing all-natural science disciplines will participate and have the unique opportunity to meet around 70 Nobel Laureates for cross-generational and interdisciplinary exchanges.
Dr Mehato and Jena are working in the area of Autophagy regulation and mechanism in cancer and infectious disease biology in the laboratory of ILS faculty Dr Santosh Chauhan.
