The Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICAI) and the Tax Research Department would organise a three-day national seminar on taxation at the KIIT University from December 21 to 23, said ICAI Bhubaneswar chapter Chairman Damodar Mishra at a Press meet on Thursday.
Mishra said the seminar would be inaugurated by Governor Prof Ganesi Lal followed by technical session and cultural programme. On December 22, Union Petroleum and Natural Gas Minster Dharmendra Pradhan has consented to attend along with Nalco CMD Dr TK Chand, he added.
On December 23 Finance Minister Sashi Bhusan Behera and MP Bhartruhari Mahtab would attend the sedminar as guests.
Among others, Niranjan Mishra, P Raju Iyar, Tapas Ranjan Swain, Sakti Dhar Singh, Himaj Mishra, Mukesh Chaubey and Mrutyunja Pani were present at the Press conference.
