On the auspicious occasion of Nabakalebar Rath Yatra at Puri, Kumar Bhai’s International Indecency Prevention Movement rendered immense services for the whole ten days of the fest from Gundicha to Bahuda.
They included a free health camp with six doctors like Dr Seba Mohapatra, Prof Dr Amulya Kumar Bishi, Dr Gayatri Mohanty and others, undertaking a cleaning work of the Gundicha Temple, Badadanda and Sharadhabali area, supplying sufficient drinking water, launching an ambulance service and reciting devotional songs (Jagannath Janana) composed by Kumar Bhai, among others.
Union Petroleum Minister Dharmendra Pradhan inaugurated the service work. Rakmini Debi, Arundhati Debi and Satyabhama Debi led the programme. Gurima Minati Debi, Indramani Nayak, Dr SK Karam, Dr Sudam Charan loha, Sarbeswar Barada and Premanand Sahoo cooperated.
