The Gourmet, Hotel Swosti Premium, Bhubaneswar, has organised a Hilsa Food Festival which kicked off on Friday and will continue till July 10.
The menu includes amazing appetizers like Ilish Macher Pathuri, a traditional Bengali dish, crispy and flavorful Ilish Mach Bhaja, Smoked Hilsa, spicy and tangy Sorso Hilsa curry, Ilish Anarashilish Korma, where the sweetness of pineapple perfectly complements the rich and creamy Hilsa curry. There is also the Sticky Hilsa Pudding, a decadent dessert infused with the unique flavors of Hilsa.
"The Hilsa Food Festival at The Gourmet is a special event where we celebrate the wonderful flavours of the Hilsa fish. Our expert chefs have prepared a range of delightful dishes that will satisfy your taste buds, whether you're a seafood expert or a first-timer," said the organiser.
