Heavy rains have been predicted at one or two places in north Odisha while most other places in the State would witness rains or thundershowers in the next 24 hours.
Thursday’s low pressure area over the Gangetic West Bengal and neighbourhood lay over the Gangetic West Bengal and adjoining Jharkhand at 0830 hours on Friday, the Met station here said in its bulletin.
