The Orissa High Court on Thursday disposed of the anticipatory bail petition of actor Babushaan in connection with a complaint filed by his wife Trupti Satpathy over marital discord.
The court disposed of the plea as Babushaan is cooperating in the investigation as per the statement of public prosecutor and the defending counsel.
The Kharavel Nagar police in Bhubaneswar have filed a case against Babushaan on the basis of a complaint filed by Trupti that she has been mentally tortured by Babushaan and his rumoured girlfriend Prakruti Mishra. Fearing arrest, the actor had filed the bail pea in the HC.
