Governor Prof Ganeshi Lal, who was on a two-day visit to Keonjhar from November 29, interacted with the students of the Saraswati Sishu Vidya Mandir, Keonjhar and asked them to define five words, Evolution, Religion, Humility, Ego-Centric and Geo-Centric.
Prof Lal became happy after listening answers from the students and explained to them that in the process of evolution the materialistic development is incomplete without spiritual development. He said a true religion allows its followers to live in own style and never affects people of other religion.
Humility is when one is indifferent to both good and bad time and is satisfied with what he has without asking more from god and ego-centric stands on the path of true development. He also said that one should be always geo-centric for observing the nature to get the bliss of life.
Besides, he also attended the centenary programme of the Nodal School of Tara under Ghatgaon block and Veda conference of eastern region at Keonjhar town.
