The Brahmani Tarang police on Saturday arrested four of a gang and forwarded them to court for their alleged involvement in loot of `7,15,500 from one Bipra Charan Sahoo, an employee of Coca Cola company, near the St Arnold School at Kalunga here on May 16.
The police had earlier arrested one Mukesh Bag (29) of Rajgangpur in the case and on the basis his statement, his other three aides Ganesh Dhandi (32) of Talsara, Rajesh Kishan (19), Damnik Dung Dung (23) of Kalunga ‘A’
were arrested. The mastermind, who had chalked out the loot plan, is still on the run. Police also recovered Rs 2, 27,000 from Ganesh’s house and Rs 20,000 from Mukesh’s father-in-law’s house.
