Enforcement Directorate (ED) officials on Wednesdayinterrogated five associates of arrested gangster brothers Shshat and Sushil Dahalsamant in connection with monetary transaction and money laundering aspects.
Scrap dealer Bhola Bhagat, Prana Bindu Rout and three others were grilled by the Central agency officials here.
Notably, the ED had interrogated Dhalsamant brothers on Tuesday in connection with the financial transaction and money laundering allegedly committed by them and their associates.
They were arrested on January 29, 2016. A number of cases including murder, loot and money laundering have been registered against the notorious criminal brothers at various police stations in Odisha.
While Sushant has been lodged at the Jharpada Special Jail in Bhubaneswar, his younger brother Sushil is cooling heels at the Baleswar District Jail.
On Monday too, the ED sleuths had grilled five associates of the brother duo in connection with the monetary transactions and laundering.
