Three senior employees of Feedback Energy Distribution Company (FEDCO) have featured in India’s Great People Managers list, which is an endorsement of the company’s great work culture.
Vice President of company Shailesh Kalrao, Divisional Manager Rajesh Kumar Bhoi and General Manager ( Quality and Customer Care) Tarapada Sahu have been featured in India’s Top 100 Great People Managers list compiled by Great Manager Institute.
The Great Manager Institute, in collaboration with Forbes India, conducted the Great People Manager Study 2019, evaluating 400+ organizations, leading to this listFEDCO, which operates as a distribution franchisee in State’s four electricity divisions, such as Puri, Balugaon, Khordha and Nayagarh, has reduced 26 per cent AT and C losses with revenue enhancement by 142 per cent till financial year 2018-2019.
