The Apparel Training & Design Centre (ATDC) organised here on Saturday a workshop on fabric painting on clothes to spread awareness regarding the prospects and opportunities in the apparel industry.
Principal of ATDC Bhubaneswar Centre lopamudra Ghosh said that the basic idea of the workshop was to provide an aesthetic edge to value addition in textiles and highlight the importance of modern technology in maintaining the country’s edge in areas of design that employs its rich culture, heritage and tradition.
In-Charge of Weavers Service Centre SK Patra said that workshops like this help people know about the professional expertise and skills required in the industry.
