Keeping a vigilant eye on spiritual abodes of a particular religion is not only illogical but also leads to breach of the very essence of the country’s secularism, opined speakers at a workshop organised here on Thursday on behalf of the Bharat Raksha Manch.
Speaking on ‘Crisis of Hindus in Hindustan’, Manch national convener Suryakant Kelker cautioned that the high-scaled Bangladeshi infiltration would continue to put the country in troubles only. Describing the infiltrators’ ouster as unfeasible, Kelker suggested that the Union Government issue ‘job permits’ to the permeated nationals.
National joint coordinator Murali Manohar Sharma criticized the State Government for ‘censoring’ the Hindu temples and religious centres in the name of some self-styled Godmen’s wrongdoings.
He also slammed the UP’s Akhilesh Yadav Governemnt for restricting bell ringing in temples on the plea that it creates disturbance for believers of other religions. “Why Akhilesh is not banning loud Quran recital in mosques when it also disturbs other communitiesIJ” Sharma wanted to know. Manch Delhi chief Justice BR Burma, Gyan Prakash Gupta and other luminaries from legal and social fields also spoke. The Manch revealed that a mammoth Hindu rally would be organised at the Jantar Mantar in New Delhi soon.
