Former Nepal Prime Minister Lokendra Bahadur Chand would visit Odisha for three days from July 29, informed Odisha International Centre vice-chairman Jay Prakash Mishra at a Press meet here on Saturday.
Mishra said Chand would be welcomed by a State-level team which includes its chairman Bharatiya Vidya Bhawan VP Dr SK Tamotia, working chairman Sankaracharya PRO Pandit Matruprasad Mishra, president Paresh Nayak, VPs eminent sculptor Udayanath Sahu, Satyasundar Panda, Uday Kumar Shanti, Bhabagrahi Shanti and secretaries Jay Prakash Mishra, Pratap Chandra Mishra, Geetanjali Panda and Suman Dash.
Tamotia said the team would hold discussions with Chand for friendly relations between the two countries. The team would apprise Chand about the culture, tradition, history and tourist and historic places of Odisha.
