Integrated Tribal Development Agency junior engineer Nirod Sahu of Baliguda in Kandhamal district was held in connection with Bastingia Ashram School wall collapse that had killed two girl students and left four others injured on September 29 last, informed police sources.
The wall of the ashram school fell on some students while they were playing on school verandah, resulting in the death of two girls. It had also injured four others. All injured had been admitted to District Headquarters Hospital.
